THE AMAZING SUMMER OF SURF CONTINUES.

2009 JULY STARTS WITH A BANG!

A few days before JULY 4th, the waves out in front of my house got really fun. Surf, sand, and sun.... way fun!

Jus getting out of the water after a long session out in front of my house.       

I paddled out to have fun, and ended up surfing for hours. My friend shot these great photos of some of the action.

This photo is neat... it looks like Im floating on air or something. Its one of the cool sensations you can get from surfing.

The colors, lighting, and composition are great... I really like this shot.  This is me stalling for a barrel.

Shot from the wall..... Wes got this pretty shot of me surfing out front.

If you look on top of this wave... you can see this is a true double-up pit. I was really deep in there, and it was a great view.

I busted this air on a little road trip with a friend, and he snapped this shot.

I was testing a completely new fin design for Rainbow Fin Company. I think they work pretty good...ha I like them.
